Picture is at low tide. Do not recommend going at low tide as water depth is extremely low and you sink walking on the newly exposed land. Check the tide tables and go at high tide. Current appearance can be intimidating but pointing 30 degrees while paddling across will give you a nice drift to the main attraction.
